If you notice an error after submission, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your application reference number. Depending on the stage of processing, we may be able to make corrections. For critical errors, you may need to submit a new application.
Most ETA applications are processed within minutes to a few hours. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 working days. We recommend applying at least one week before your planned travel date to allow for any unexpected delays.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card information on our servers.
