If you request a cancellation before we submit your application to UK authorities:
- You may be eligible for a full refund of our service fee
- The government fee is non-refundable once paid

- Please include your order number and reason for cancellation
3.2 After Application Submission
Once your application has been submitted to UK government authorities:
- Both service fees and government fees are non-refundable
- This applies regardless of the application outcome
- We have invested time and resources in processing your application
- Government fees are paid to UK authorities and cannot be recovered
3.3 Application Denial
If your ETA application is denied by UK authorities:
- Government fees are non-refundable as they are charged for processing, not approval
- Our service fee may be partially refundable in certain circumstances
- Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis

4. Service Errors
If an application denial is due to an error on our part:
- We will refund our service fee in full
- We may assist with resubmission at no additional service charge
- Government fees for resubmission are the responsibility of the applicant
- This does not apply if the error was due to incorrect information provided by you
5. Customer Error
If an application is denied due to incorrect or false information provided by the customer:
- No refund will be provided for either service or government fees
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information
- We review all applications, but cannot verify the accuracy of your personal information
6. Processing Time
Regarding delays in processing:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by UK government processing times
- Refunds will not be issued due to government processing delays
- We will provide updates and track your application throughout the process
